Pipeline and Drainage Consultants is a unique company specializing in the design, assessment, inspection, maintenance, and repair of surface and subsurface drainage systems for highways, airports, race tracks, parking areas, and loading facilities. PDC supplies several advanced inspection services to the storm, sanitary, industrial, and manufacturing community.

PDC was formed in 1996 as an outgrowth of its Parent Company "Spartan Construction". Spartan has been a leader in underground construction for over 25 years, and is one of the largest installers of subsurface pavement drainage systems in the eastern United States. Together, Spartan and PDC can provide service unmatched by any other company.
